It is licensed to practice insurance business from the Palestinian Capital Market Authority under license No. 3 and registered at the Companies' Controller under No. 562601542. The company was founded by a group of elite Palestinian businessmen who possess global managerial and technical expertise in various fields

The purpose of its establishment was to carry out insurance and reinsurance activities of all types; such as insurance against fire, theft, general accidents, marine and air cargo insurance, Motor insurance. Also, to invest capital and movable and immovable assets in the manner determined by the Board of Directors, and as per the provisions of the law
